We collect information you provide directly to us when creating a profile, applying for events, or posting roles. This includes:

  • Personal identifiers (Full Name, Email, Phone Number, City, Age, Gender).
  • Academic and professional info (College/Institution, Skills, Past Event Experience).
  • Account profile photos / headshots (mandatory for volunteer validation by organizers).

2. Uploaded Photos and Files

When applying for event roles, volunteers are required to upload a recent, clear headshot/photo. These photos are used to:

  • Validate identity at check-in terminals.
  • Allow event coordinators to review and select crew members.
  • Generate watermark profile cards for recruiters.

All uploaded photos are stored securely on our servers and are accessible only to authorized organizers.

3. How We Use and Share Data

Your contact details (Email, Phone) and experience profiles are shared with event organizers **only** when you explicitly apply for a role and consent to terms. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third-party advertisers.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

You maintain full control of your profile. You may modify your personal details, remove uploaded photos, or request complete account deletion at any time by contacting our support team at contact@crewz.in.
